Your Hero Isn't/Wasn't Your Savior!

Dented Cans, Wright Hands Inc. is comprised of four high-powered successful women of color. Our personalities are intertwined with like minded objectives and goals in helping our tan, brown, red, yellow and black sisters. The program is blessed and afforded with over fifty years of experience in grief counseling, client advocacy, public speaking and women's empowerment education. Dented Cans' belief system was birthed out of it's members' successes, failures and reclaiming of their very beings. Dented cans has a one of a kind niche in the program's overall agenda. We offer a life experience that leaves our attendees, graduates and members with an unstoppable drive for accomplishment and prosperity. Youth, teen and young adult women of color will learn to be their own hero and Who the true Savior is.

Gwendolyn is Founder and CEO of Dented Cans, Wright Hands, LLC. The program was birth out of pain and blossomed into a determination to help other women, teens and youths . Gwen holds dual roles within the program, one of which is Program Outreach Coordinator. Her extensive background in event coordination, activity directing and children advocacy will play a key role in recruiting participants  for the program. Her ability to relate and mingle with other business owners and entrepreneurs will guarantee success in securing impressive seminar and training venues.

Balethia is Founder and COO of Dented Cans, Wright Hands, LLC. She anchors the Program with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds dual positions, heading up the programs Donor Sponsorship department. Her dedication to seeing each aspect of Dented Cans completed in excellence is the solid foundation the program is built on.  Her lively personality affords her with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her position is one of the keys to the success of the organization, by attracting and solidifying potential sponsors and donors.

Ashley is Founder and President of Dented Cans, Wright Hands, LLC. She signed on as the program's Volunteer Coordinating Professional at the onset of the program. With an extensive background in patient care, client advocacy, background in the medical field and public speaking, her experience will attract like-minded volunteer team members.   Her talents will be the glue holding The Volunteer Program together and ensuring The Dented Can Program's success. Ashley is easily relatable among youth and teens, her testimony through life's struggles as a teen mom being the connection for our target audience.

Crystal is Founder and Vice-President of Dented Cans, Wright Hands, LLC. Her dual position as the program's Ministry Program Director is invaluable. Her knowledge in program strategies, planning and research will be the keys to unique training and seminar program planning. Her out going personality is one of her greatest strengths. Crystal gained the ability to work with executive level potential event guest speakers while working in corporate America. As well she gained a keen ability to relate to those in need  while living in a homeless shelter during a challenging time of her life.  Her skills will prove to be an asset as she makes professional connections with potential partners.
